Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: Is this a government-issued teaching license?

A: No. Our certificates are for non-formal professional development. They are not issued by the Ministry of Education.

Q2: Will universities or employers accept your certificates?

A: Many private, international, NGO, and non-formal institutions value our recognition. But we recommend checking specific requirements of your target institution.

Q3: Do you offer training, or just assessment?

A: We offer both. The no-training track is for experienced educators. Training-based programs are also available for those new to teaching.

Q4: Is TECU part of an accredited institution?

A: TECU operates under Thesis Publisher, a registered Malaysian entity. We are a private academic body—not a government university.

Q5: Can I use this certificate to teach abroad?

A: Our certificates can strengthen applications in private or NGO schools globally. They are not valid for immigration or state-run employment without formal recognition.
