Author Guidelines: Journal Submission
1. Formatting Style Guidelines
• Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt
• Line Spacing: Double-spaced
• Margins: 1-inch on all sides
• Alignment: Left-aligned
• Page Numbers: Include page numbers in the top right corner
2. Article Structure
2.1 Title Page
• Title of the article (centered, bold, title case)
• Author’s name (centered, below the title)
• Affiliation (centered, below the author’s name)
• Contact information (centered, below the affiliation)
• Running head (for APA): abbreviated title in header, 50 characters
2.2 Abstract
• Word Limit: 200 words
• Formatting: Label “Abstract” should be centered and italicized (not bold)
• Content: A single paragraph summarizing purpose, method, results, and conclusion
2.3 Main Text
• Word Limit: 6000 words (including all sections)
• Headings:
– Heading 1: Bold, ALL CAPS, Centered
– Heading 2: Bold, Title Case, Left-Aligned
• Paragraphs: Indented 0.5 inches
• In-text citations: APA 7th edition
• References: APA 7th edition, hanging indent format
2.4 References
• Use APA 7th Edition referencing style
• Format with hanging indent (first line flush left, subsequent lines 0.5” indent)
2.5 Formatting Specifics
• Aim for less than 10% similarity (plagiarism check)
• Avoid more than 50 consecutive identical words from any source
• Use bold notes if needed, but do not use endnotes
